Creating and Living Your Family Culture - Derek Coulam
Danny is joined by Derek Coulam, father of three (ages 9, 6, 4) and soon to be four, sales professional, co-owner of Keksi Cookie Company. Derek shares how he and his wife Amber created their family culture and how they teach it and reinforce it with their kids. Some of the other topics discussed include the role that religion plays in raising kids, parents not being too hard on themselves, how the roles and expectations of a parent have changed from the our parents generation, starting a family business, and being humble and open to learning from the many parenting resources that are available.
